Any suggestions for a good 4e game which is functional and with a population great enough to have double-digits online?

A 3.5 game would also be nice to hear about, but I'm not really holding my breath.

I'm slowing down on WoD. It's just so...ehn these days.

Pretty much, if you want D&D?  It's Tenebrae.  It's a good game, and it's got good staff.

No. Tenebrae did not move to 4e. Staff is currently working on converting the system to Pathfinder (3.5e derivative). More of that on a relevant forum section for the MU*.
