In 1997, after oil was discovered off of the cost of a small Washington city, Big Oil swept in and changed everything. Now that city is growing into a metropolis swallowing up it's neighbors, pushing against it's narrow confines, becoming over-crowded. Everything in Port Angeles has changed. Mortal psychics and magic users are trying to figure out why, and the Lost have come to Port Angeles to set up a new freehold, hoping to find a safer life in what was once a quiet little city.

Now the city is filled with greedy people and the little people are being pushed out. It's a struggle for anyone who doesn't sell out. What will do you? Will you give into the greed and the security of "wealth" and lose yourself? Or will you struggle for every step you take?
